Chain Leash
Chain leashes for "puppy teething/leash chewing". I don’t use these to address inappropriate chewing on the leash. I did find an excellent side use for them....
I don’t want to risk an injury to my puppies delicate mouth as their teeth break very easily. I use the game created by Susan Garrett called “Its Yer Choice” instead. Its safer and adds a layer of fun to one of the normally tougher phases of raising a puppy! I DID however find a side use for them though when one came along with a foster dog. We unfortunately catch a lot of loose dogs by the roadside, I use the lobster claw on the chain leash to make a perfect locked adjustment to the size of the neck for the loose dog! WAY better than a slip leash because it wont choke the loose dog at all, and is an instant adjustment to their unique size in clutch moments! I keep one in the car now for emergencies. If you catch loose dogs, this one from Petsmart will do the job choke free!
